Stress can have negative effects on your physical and mental health. Some of the signs of stress include headaches, raised blood pressure, angry outbursts, tense muscles, alcohol abuse, lack of motivation, lack of creativity, tiredness, and insomnia.


Reiki gently enters your energy system, supporting areas that are unbalanced, depleted, or blocked. During this process, your muscles relax, serotonin can be released, blood pressure drops, and your parasympathetic nervous system is triggered, unlocking overall relaxation.
